When I have a potential client who is physically incapacitated, I will go to them. I’ll either go to the hospital where they are and meet with them, I’ll get on an airplane and I’ll fly to where they are and meet with them. Many cases I’ve on catastrophic injury cases, I’ll fly out from Austin to anywhere in the state of Texas and even out of state on cases to meet with the injured person and their family in their home and in our business that’s called making a house call, and, so, yes I make house calls as part of my practice. I practice all over the state of Texas. I’ll take any cases anywhere in the state of Texas if it’s the appropriate case. I’m licensed in the federal court for the Western District of Texas and I’m a member of the bar. The Supreme Court of the United States and I’m licensed and have the privilege of arguing in front of the highest court in the land, I can practice any law that exists in the state of Texas of the federal court system, but I reserved my practice to my specialization which is Personal Injury trial law and work injury trial law.
