When I have a potential client who is physically incapacitated, I will go to them. I’ll either go to the hospital where they are and meet with them, I’ll get on an airplane and I’ll fly to where they are and meet with them. Many cases I’ve on catastrophic injury cases, I’ll fly out from Austin to anywhere in the state of Texas and even out of state on cases to meet with the injured person and their family in their home and in our business that’s called making a house call, and, so, yes I make house calls as part of my practice. I practice all over the state of Texas. I’ll take any cases anywhere in the state of Texas if it’s the appropriate case. I’m licensed in the federal court for the Western District of Texas and I’m a member of the bar. The Supreme Court of the United States and I’m licensed and have the privilege of arguing in front of the highest court in the land, I can practice any law that exists in the state of Texas of the federal court system, but I reserved my practice to my specialization which is Personal Injury trial law and work injury trial law. Aaron Allison, a second-generation personal injury lawyer from Austin, follows in the footsteps of his father, who founded their firm in 1978. Admitted to practice by the Texas Supreme Court, the Federal Court for the Western District of Texas, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, Aaron brings extensive legal expertise to his clients.

Specializing in personal injury cases, Aaron offers a distinct advantage for Texas workers injured on the job. With Texas workers' compensation laws leading many attorneys to avoid these cases, Aaron is one of only 40 lawyers among 95,000 in Texas who represent injured workers in straight workers' compensation cases. His firm continues to provide dedicated support for those suffering catastrophic work injuries, maintaining a proud tradition of advocacy spanning decades.
