No Fee Unless You Win
After suffering an injury on the job, you need an experienced attorney to help you navigate the complexities of work injury law in order to receive the compensation you deserve. In this video, Austin work injury attorney Aaron Allison explains his history, his practice, his experience and how he can help you.
I’m licensed in Texas law. I’m an expert in Texas law. I know who the judges are. I know the juries which will be selected. I know the composition of juries in this three county area. The defense attorneys that I’m working against in certain cases are all the same defense attorneys over and over again, because we’re local to this area. When I went to law school and I studied negligence law, my father’s cases were in the law books which the law students studied. He was a preeminent mind in his field and had a perfect reputation in the legal community in Texas. I went to work for my father when I was a teenager in his law offices and my father taught me the basics of legal research and writing. I sat in with my father when he met with clients, when he talked to other lawyers and insurance companies on cases in the day-to-day operation and running of a law practice. So, I started at a very young age being exposed to what a lawyer really does every day. I knew exactly when I went to law school what law I was going to practice and what kind of lawyer I was going to be based on this template of this person that I’d watched practice law all those years. Many law students don’t have the first idea what kind of law they want to practice until they get out of law school and begin to work in the legal profession, but I knew exactly what I was going to do and I think I had the benefit of that experience of working with my father and having his mentorship. The first case I tried six weeks after I was licensed to practice law in the state of Texas was a wrongful death case in front of a jury that I tried with my then-partner, so I’ve been licensed as an attorney in the state of Texas for six weeks or so and I’m arguing a death case in front of a Hays County jury for the first time. So, that gives you an example of the experience level that I have which is something that I provide to my clients. It’s a benefit to a client to have an experienced lawyer representative your case for you.
