February 3, 2014by Aaron Allison

Car accidents cause an incredible amount of stress and hardship. However, if you can deal with your accident properly and gather the appropriate information, the situation can be much easier to handle. After a car accident, you should:

  • Call 911 if anyone was injured
  • Take down the contact information of all drivers involved and any witnesses
  • Take photos of your vehicle, the other vehicles, the crash scene and your injuries
  • Write down a description of the scene of the accident and the extent of your injuries

Taking these proper steps after an accident will help us get started on establishing your claim based on facts and first-hand accounts.

Over 300 Crashes Reported in Central Texas Due to Icy Road Conditions
