Playing is natural for children. There are businesses that make a fortune providing playing facilities and equipment for children. In Austin, Texas and elsewhere, the installation of equipment in malls, playgrounds and parks have become quite common. Parents often install them in their backyards also. However, people should be aware that defective or poorly installed playing equipment is much more likely to cause an accident resulting in child injury.

A new study has found that children’s injuries in bounce houses are on the rise. The study states that in America, every day, over 30 children go to the ER with injuries they sustained in bounce houses. Austin business owners believe the rise in injuries could be related to several factors. They indicated that one factor could be that bounce houses are becoming more common at festivals and parties.
